~ Yuki's iconic catchphrase. |

What Makes Her a Base Breaking Character?[]
What Do People Like About Her?[]
- She has a very attractive design that draws attention to viewers.
- Yuki has a very prominent aura whenever she's on--screen and presents an appealing, funny, and charismatic personality.
- She mentored Todo, a fan-favorite character, and gave him his signature catchphrase, "What woman is your type?"
- She is the only female special-grade sorcerer and one of the most powerful sorcerers in the JJK verse.
- Her cursed technique is very unique and her application of it is extremely clever, as shown in her battle with Kenjaku.
- She's one of the only Jujutsu sorcerers to actually rebel against the Jujutsu system and make any meaningful attempts to change it instead of blindly following orders like a cog in the machine.
- She has a fascinating goal of attempting to eradicate cursed spirits entirely and eventually to break away from cursed energy entirely in order to usher in an era of peace.
- She arrives in Shinjuku to save Yuji and the other sorcerers before they can be killed by Kenjaku and Uraume.
- Her dialogue with Kenjaku was memorable and did a very good job of contrasting the ideologies of herself and Kenjaku. The fact she now believed that killing non-sorcerers would only create wars due to a demand for cursed energy also shows how she changed and possibly even regrets her previous conversation with Geto that led him onto the path of villainy.
- Yuki's battle with Kenjaku was very action-packed and intense, full of several well-thought out strategies utilizing the strengths of herself, Choso and Tengen. The panels of her continuing to fight despite grievous injuries and refusing to heal herself are very cool as well, and they how she can endure and take hits to ensure victory.
- She sacrifices herself to try and stop Kenjaku by turning herself into a black hole, which would've succeeded had Kenjaku not possessed an anti-gravity cursed technique.
- Yuki helped Choso overcome his trauma and guilt over his actions in Shibuya, and it was thanks to her Choso could fully contribute in the battle against Sukuna.
- Even after her death, her influence continued to shape the story, as it was her research into the soul that allowed Yuji to better refine his ability to strike the soul, giving him the chance to interrupt the connection between Sukuna and Megumi's souls.
What Do People Hate About Her?[]
- Many fans were incredibly disappointed that her character and motivations were not explored further, and compared to the other special grade sorcerers who were given far more battles and chapters expanding on their characters, Yuki was only given a single fight to showcase her powers and only a handful of chapters to display her ideologies. She's also the only special-grade sorcerer with a Domain expansion that was never shown.
- Her battle against Kenjaku is argued to be an asspull in which Yuki and Choso should have won but only lost due to plot conveniences and new techniques Kenjaku demonstrated despite never having shown them beforehand.
- Yuki inadvertently fueled Geto's descent into villainy by revealing that humans were the source of cursed spirits due to their lack of control over cursed energy. Geto suggests eliminating all non-sorcerers to eliminate cursed spirits, and while Yuki doesn't approve of it, she doesn't outright reject it either and even says it's a viable solution. Though Geto was very traumatized and would have likely fallen into villainy regardless, fans argue that Yuki still made things worse. Even if her intent was simply to have an objective conversation with Geto, his dejected attitude and willingness to even suggest the genocide of non-sorcerers as an option should have made her realize he was in a very bad mental space and needed help, but her inability to read the room ended up hastening Geto's decision to eliminate all non-sorcerers.
