Yae Miko is a playable character from Genshin Impact. She is a supporting protagonist of Inazuma chapter: Omnipresence Over Mortals. She is a kitsune who oversees the Grand Narukami Shrine, the owner of Yae Publishing House, and a friend of Raiden Ei and a pen pal of Sangonomiya Kokomi. She is the paragon heroine of Inazuma Archon quest: Omnipresence Over Mortals.

She is voiced by Du Mingya (杜冥鸦) in Chinese dub, Ayane Sakura (佐倉綾音) (who also voiced Ochaco Uraraka from My Hero Academia and Gabi Braun from Attack on Titan) in Japanese Dub, Moon Yoo-jeong (문유정) in Korean dub, and Ratana in English dub.

What Do People Like About Her?

• Serves a mythological gag of Yae Sakura, having the same voice actress in Chinese and Japanese dubs.
• Her breaking into domains using her magic to stop major crises in the series create major turning points for the Traveler to stop them, such as breaking into the Plane of Euthymia to stop Ei for once and accessing Elchingen’s Fungus fighting arena to stop his Fatui minions.
• Her occasional rivalry with Sangonomiya Kokomi, her pen pal which is focused on some events.
• Some finds her interactions with her fellow shrine maidens and her Publishing House members were amusing by the audience.

What Do People Hate About Her?

• Her deus ex machina role for Chapter III prevented the creation of interesting plot points such as Sangonomiya Kokomi's role in the resistance and the interactions between Scaramouche, the next boss from the time the quest was released.
• Before Dendro release, she's considered not as good due to lack of damage buffer for Electro character.
• Even after Dendro, she still needs to compete with Fischl who's better in Single target damage if Yae is on low constellation, in which many of spiral Abyss monster had shift from multiple tragets to single traget boss, Yea herself also required more up time compared to Fischl.
• Some say her shenanigans to Gorou can be mean-spirited rather than hilarious.
