Olaf is the tritagonist in the Disney film Frozen. He was a snowman that built by Anna and Elsa for when they were children. He later helps guide Anna and Kristoff to find Elsa in the lonely mountains. His dream is to experience summer despite of being a snowman. He later gets to experience summer because of an ice cloud Elsa made for him.
He is the voice of Josh Gad.

- He is a comic relief character and often makes many fans laugh.
- Many fans thought it was funny when he retold the story of Frozen, he later gets his own series of which he tells other stories such as The Lion King.
- Olaf has a very kind and optimistic personality with a big heart who greets everyone with a smile, which warmed the heart for fans.

- His detractors find his comic relief and optimistic character to be completely annoying and irritating sidekick throughout the whole movie.
- Many think that he only exists is because "Disney said so", and think its a way to sell toys and to sell the movie because of his role as a comic relief sidekick.
- Many of his detractors hated the short film Olaf's Frozen Adventure since many of his detractors didn't like all the focus on him being the main character since he's more set as a comic relief character.
- He was even more annoying and much dumber in the short film than in the movie.
