Meliodas is the main protagonist in the anime/manga The Seven Deadly Sins. He is known to be the Dragon Sin of Wrath due to the time he destroyed Danafor after failing to protect Liz (who was reincarnated as Elizabeth Liones due to the curse), this because his wrath and anger got out of control.
In Japanese he is voiced Yūki Kaji, In English he is voiced by Bryce Papenbrook, who also voices Adrien Agrest and Argos in Miraculous Ladybug
He is known to be the captain of The Seven Deadly Sins, who was formerly the leader of the Ten Commandments, who are the strongest in the Demon Clan. He is also the older brother of Zeldris, who is also related to the Demon King, who commanded the Demon Clan and created the Ten Commandments.

- Many fans view Meliodas as a very badass protagonist since he is just a very powerful character. He's usually mistaken as a kid due to his appearance, but no one really knows how strong he really is, and is one of the strongest member in the Seven Deadly Sins.
- Meliodas is shown to be pretty funny at times. Such as making funny faces, when he reunited with Ban, and sometimes his perverted scenes can be pretty funny.
- Meliodas is a very tragic character who has suffered many times. He has suffered from a curse for 3,000 years, and seeing the love of his life (Elizabeth) die 106 times. He met Elizabeth 107 times in his life, making fans believe that he deserves a hug.
- Meliodas is very loyal and protective over Elizabeth. Even after meeting Elizabeth 107 times, and seeing her die 106 due to the curse, he still stayed and loved her for 3000 years.
What Do People Hate About Him?[]
- Many detractors absolutely found Meliodas perverted tendencies to be very disgusting due to the amount of times he groped and sexually assault Elizabeth throughout the series, which can come across as creepy to detractors. Due to being a full on pervert, detractors believe that Elizabeth should just ditch him.
- To add salt to the wound, there is a scene where meliodas is holding baby elizabeth(reincarnated) and he says "Keep your hands off my woman understand me", even the man near him got shocked by it.
- Another thing several detractors think is that he is way too overpowered and pretty much survives from plot armor many times.
- It is revealed that he does have a reason on sexually harassing Elizabeth, but it doesn't justify his actions at all. He was way too perverted and creepy towards Elizabeth to be sympathetic for that reason.
