Himiko Yumeno is a character in the video game Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, titled the Ultimate Mage.
In the original Japanese she is voiced by Aimi Tanaka. In the English dub she is voiced by Christine Marie Cabanos.
What Makes Her a Base Breaking Character?[]
What Do People Like About Her?[]
- Many fans find her design to be cute and fits her talent and childlike personality.
- Her voice actors did a nice job performing. In the 3rd chapter, it was revealed she actually has a nice singing voice.
- She receives genuine character development of which fans find well developed. She changed for the better. At first, she was a whiny slacker, but later on she learns to show her emotions freely.
- Fan find her jokes on magic to be funny such as when she says "It's magic" and when she called Saihara an "attention hog".
What Do People Hate About Her?[]
- She became disliked by detractors for being incredibly annoying, such as when she keeps bringing up magic. This also doesn’t help in the second chapter of the game as where she was framed for the murder and refuses to say she did her trick.
- While she does end up getting character development, detractors believe it isn’t enough for her past behavior and view her magic schick to be completely one-note because that still was shown after her development.
- While not doing the the class trials, detractors find her character to be useless.
