What Makes Them Base-Breaking Characters?[]
Why Do People Like Them?[]
- They have quite a few funny moments, such as Guillaume's fortunes in the loading screens being so incredibly absurd.
- Many fans of the duo think they need more screentime due to their lack of focus during the third case.
- Guillaume's design is rather cute, and makes her sadism jarring, yet hilarious.
- Dominic's design looks rather call, being reminiscent of Cyborg from DC.
- They're far more intimidating than a lot of previous Peacekeepers, only being beat by Martina in terms of intimidation factor, and actively hunt down Yuma.
Why Do People Hate Them?[]
- Their lack of focus makes detractors decide they're irrelevant, as they hardly appear in the Mystery Labyrinth, having it even worse than Martina, who whilst only appearing once, still has a major role in the rest of the story.
- Their karma is completely off-screen, and is basically just Yomi yelling at the two.
- They aren't that interesting as villains, not being that unique as Peacekeepers, despite there being two of them and them being vaguely intimidating.
- Dominic is the darkest-skinned character in the game, and is incredibly stupid, constantly needing to listen to a light-skinned girl to know what to do. This isn't helped by Guillaume calling the citizens of Kanai Ward "slaves".
- Dominic's cybernetics have no explained backstory, making them a completely irrelevant part of his character design.
- Dominic also lacks much in terms of personality, just making generic grunting noises most of the time.
- Some people find Guillaume's insanity and cruelty annoying and overplayed.
