What Do People Like About Her?[]
- She has gained an immense amount of sympathy due to her tragic backstory. She grew up poor with her brother and an abusive mother who tried to kill him. Her mother even tried to kill her because of her hair and eye color. She and her brother were viewed as nuisances in the district for being born. Many people only cared about Daki for being beautiful. However, she was unfairly burned to death, especially since she was still so young. She had no choice but turn into a demon.
- Many fans tend to find her fight with the Demon Slayers to be very entertaining.
- While she does act childish and it could be annoying, fans of her will understand the way she acts since she's only 13 years old and what she has been through in the past. Even if her appearance changed, her brain hasn't fully matured.
- She has a very attractive Design.
- She was manipulated by Muzan.
What Do People Hate About Her?[]
- Due to her throwing tantrum and childish attitude after Uzui beheads her, detractors will make her come across as annoying and childish, begging her brother for protection.
- She can be considered as pure fan service due to her clothing barely covering her body and looking more like clothes of Go-Go dancer. Despite this being explained by this that she was Geysha as human, this can be considered as stupid, because Daki hated being Geysha, so why she wears those clothes?
- One moment in the series, she calls her own brother ugly, despite the fact that he truly cares about her. Detractors thought that she treated her brother very unfairly.
