Brooklyn The "T." Guy, is one of the main characters of the SML YouTube series. He is a close friend of Marvin who has countless jobs and often helps with different tasks every episode.
He is voiced by Chris Netherton.

What Do People Like About Him?[]
- He consistently ranks the highest in character rankings, with a lot of them having him in the top 3, even after his downfall as a character.
- He is considered by many one of the funniest SML characters, due to how relatable and sarcastic he is during most situations, and how he consistently points out the main characters stupidity.
- His gag of insulting his morbidly obese wife, never got old and remained funny.
- One of Brooklyn Guy’s greatest traits, is his ability to be the highlight in videos, that sometimes aren’t even about him, Best examples being, The Purge, Junior Goes to Military School, Jeffy’s 19th Birthday, The Pizza Delivery, and Summer School Episode 5.
- He can be threateningly funny, best shown in Turkey Tyranny, Junior Goes to Military School, and Game Night 7. Where he would be loud and brutal, while also being hilarious at the same time, due to how over the top he can get with his threats.
- A lot of fans love how much he insults Rose considering her reputation as a Scrappy, especially the "NO, FUCK YOU" scene.
- Fans like how although he despises his family, he can still be genuinely loyal and caring towards his friends, like Marvin and Simmons, since he always supports and helps them, no matter the situation.
What Do People Hate About Him?[]
- He has suffered massive character derailment over the years, turning from a no-nonsense, stern, and sarcastic person, to a loquacious, and whiny manchild, who complains about everything no matter how small or petty that thing is.
- It gets to the point where his wife, Karen of all people, is the mature one of a lot of his conversations.
- He is infamous for increasing the runtime in videos, most notably with his Nicktendo animation stories, that sometimes take half of the videos runtime. Which many find incredibly annoying, since they for the most part, don’t even serve a purpose in the videos plot, and are just there to get the video to 10 minutes.
- He has even been nicknamed “Filler Guy,” because of this.
- Fans dislike how overused he became. Brooklyn Guy appearing in the past was like a rare treat, but now he appears in almost every video, to the point where fans are just tired of seeing him all the time. People are calling him the main protagonist of Modern SML because of this, which a lot of people dislike as well, since Brooklyn Guy served a better purpose as a side character, rather than a main character.
- A lot of his scenes and jokes have become unfunny and repetitive, most notably his Restaurant scenes, where he would order something and ramble for minutes on end about the food/order, while arguing with the waitress.
- Fans dislike how terrible of a father he can be at times, like abandoning his daughter to finish a Miami Heat game in Penelope Gets Taken!, or even torturing her in Sisters Location.
