Blitzo Buckzo is the titular main protagonist of the dark comedy/romantic web series, Helluva Boss.
He is the founder of IMP who seeks to make money off of assassinating people on Earth. In his endeavors, he becomes involved in an assassination plan on his love interest, Stolas.
He is voiced by Brandon Rogers.
What Makes Him a Base Breaking Character?[]
What Do People Like About Him?[]
- His eccentric and casually evil behavior makes him very entertaining to fans, and he is responsible for many of the show’s most hilarious moments.
- He develops more as a character in Season Two, where he comes to terms with his past and learns to be more empathetic, which many fans did at least appreciate.
- Brandon Rogers does an incredible job voicing him, as he clearly has a blast doing his more chaotic lines, while still giving him an emotional tone during serious moments.
- His interactions with the other characters, particularly ones who are too weird even for him, are very memorable to fans.
- He has plenty of badass moments, such as his battle with DHORKS.
- He is seen as unintentionally sympathetic due to the show painting him as the main person responsible for he and Stolas' relationship problems, even though Stolas arguably carries more of the blame.
What Do People Hate About Him?[]
- While what happened to him in the past is very tragic, it can be hard to sympathize with him on account that for a majority of his screentime, he is portrayed as an obnoxious, perverted, and arrogant murderer. He also tends to focus more on himself than others.
- His personality is also key to the show’s most criticized elements, namely his insistence on shouting curses and making sex jokes every time he appears.
- His badass moments get downplayed in Season Two, where he becomes a more pathetic and incompetent person than he was before.
- Many of his actions in Season One didn’t age well in the eyes of fans, namely his lust for Moxxie and Millie in the wake of Moxxie seeing him as a father figure. Millie saw him as her best friend.
- There was even one instance where in the episode of “Murder Family” where Blitzo threatened to rape Moxxie and Millie if the former ever messed up on a job again.

- Ironically, he and Stolas both gained their BBC status during late Season Two as a result of their relationship.
