Who is he?

Shrimpo is one of 28 playable toons in Dandy's World, a mascot horror game on Roblox which released just last year. He is meant to represent the stereotypical "bully" character in kids' shows and always is seen complaining about things. He is meant to be a joke character, having one star in every stat.

What do people like about him?

Shrimpo, despite being meant to be a joke character, has amassed a cult following for many reasons.

He has funny interactions with the other toons, Examples are Toodles (In which he says that the elevator is going to crash when she says she's afraid of the dark) and Coal (In which he growls at her when she growls at him).

Despite being a joke character, many members of the fandom see him as a good challenge character. Some fans even try to play the game using him (Sometimes, with his equally challenging trinket, the brick). Finally, despite being a jerk, Shrimpo is also incredibly comedic, as mentioned in his interactions, dialogue and even his extraction animation (Which literally consists of him banging his head on the machine).

What do people hate about him?

For starters, Shrimpo is a flat character who not only is aggressive towards the Toons without any given reason, he also refuses to change for the better. He is also very difficult to play as due to his abysmal stats. His trinket doesn't improve that due to it actually making you slower instead of improving gameplay. Finally, his gag of hating almost everyone and everything can get annoying very quickly.
